प्राच्यां नरो लभेदायुर्याम्यां प्रेतत्वमश्नुते।

वारुणे च भवेद्रोगी आयुर्वित्तं तथोत्तरे।।


अर्थात्:-  पूर्व की ओर मुँह करके भोजन करने से दीर्घायुष्य , दक्षिण मुँह खाने से प्रेतयोनि , पश्चिम मुँह रोगशोक तथा उत्तर मुँह प्राशन करने से आयु एवं लक्ष्मी की वृद्धि होती है।

Means:- Eating food facing east increases longevity, south facing ghosts, west facing diseases and north facing Prashan increases age and Lakshmi.


नींद और निंदा पर जो विजय पा लेते हैं।

उन्हें आगे बढ़ने से कोई नहीं रोक सकता॥

        और

 जो चीज आप को, "चुनौती " दे सकती है,

वही आपको "बदल "  सकती  है।।


One who conquers sleep and condemnation.


No one can stop them from moving forward.


         And


  something that can "challenge" you,


That can "change" you.


जिंदगी आप के 

उसी गुण का
